For our client Essential Utilities — across its water segment, Aqua, and gas segment, Peoples Natural Gas — we managed every layer of a year-long communications effort designed to help customers learn about available Customer Assistance Programs: digital ad strategy and placement, traditional media buying, earned media pitching and placements, webpage development, customer-facing communications, and internal alignment across both brands.
