Now Hiring Signage

“We’re Hiring” signs might feel old-school, but they continue to be one of the most effective recruitment tools available. From banners and flags to A‑frames, eye‑catching signage is a simple way to reach potential team members right where they already are—passing by your business.

Why hiring signage still works:

High visibility
Bold, bright graphics command attention. It’s nearly impossible to walk or drive past without noticing your message.

Reaches local candidates
People who see your signs typically live nearby. A shorter commute is a strong motivator for many job seekers and can help you fill shifts more reliably with local talent.

Cost‑effective recruiting
Signs are affordable to design, print and place. Once installed, they work for you 24/7—no subscriptions or ongoing ad spend required.

Boosts word‑of‑mouth
Customers, pedestrians, and community members can easily spread the word to their own networks, expanding your reach organically.

These are just a few reasons why hiring signs continue to be a trusted recruitment method. M.A.S. Industries, Inc. has been designing, printing and shipping quality signage solutions for decades. If you have questions or want to explore options for your next hiring campaign, our friendly sales team is here to help—call or email us anytime.

Right Down Your Avenue

Banners have always been a powerful way to capture attention. With vibrant graphics and striking messages, they naturally draw the eye. Avenue banners—also known as light pole banners—are perfect for adding energy to any street or business. Commonly used for advertising and promotions, these banners make an impact when mounted on street poles, helping highlight community districts or making your business stand out. They’re ideal for showcasing a company logo, promoting special events, supporting sports teams or displaying school pride.

At M.A.S. Industries, we craft avenue banners with precision and durability in mind. Each banner is produced using premium 18 oz. double-sided vinyl and UV printing for long-lasting color. Our finishing process includes reinforced hems and pole pockets to ensure strength in all weather conditions. We also consider hardware and fixtures for a secure, professional display.

Planning a festival or special occasion? Avenue banners are the perfect solution. Contact one of our sales representatives today and they will send you down the right avenue

Illuminate Your Message with Back-lit Signage

Back-lit signs consist of two essential components: a light-box and a printed graphic. There are several construction techniques available to achieve the perfect back-lit effect, and selecting the right materials and lighting method can be challenging. The final look you envision will guide the design, production and presentation of your display.

These signs are designed to be viewed with light shining through or behind them—most commonly using energy efficient LED light-boxes. Whether it's an eye catching in-store display or a bold outdoor sign, back-lit signage enhances visibility and reinforces brand identity.

Use back-lit displays to make your brand, event or promotional message shine. Their brightness and customizability make them ideal for grabbing attention and connecting with your audience. If you're ready to stand out and make a lasting impression, reach out to one of our knowledgeable sales representatives today!

Health & Safety Signage

Health and safety signage plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment in workplaces, public spaces and industrial settings. These signs are designed to quickly convey important information, warnings and instructions to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Purpose of Health and Safety Signage

Prevent Accidents: Signs alert people to potential hazards such as slippery floors, high voltage areas, or toxic substances.

Provide Instructions: They guide people on what actions to take, such as wearing protective gear or following emergency exit routes.

Ensure Compliance: Many industries are legally required to display specific signage to meet occupational health and safety standards.

Promote Awareness: They reinforce safety culture by reminding workers and visitors of best practices and protocols.

At M.A.S. Industries, safety is at the core of everything we do. To maintain a productive and secure work environment, we’ve implemented clear, effective signage throughout our facility. These signs help identify key locations and outline necessary safety actions. Want to enhance safety in your own workspace? Contact your M.A.S. Industries sales representative today to learn how our health and safety signage solutions can support your team and operations.

What’s on the Menu?

Printing menus is more than just putting a list of items on paper—it's about creating an experience. Whether for a cozy café, a high-end restaurant, or a special event like a wedding or corporate dinner, a well-designed printed menu sets the tone and reflects the brand's personality.

Key Considerations in Menu Printing:

Design & Layout: The visual appeal matters. Fonts, colors, spacing and imagery should align with the venue’s theme. A clean, readable layout helps guests navigate options easily.

Material Choice: From glossy cardstock to synthetic paper or even laminated formats, the material affects durability and the overall feel. For upscale settings, heavier paper stock adds a touch of elegance.

Size & Format: Menus can be single-page, folded, booklet-style, or even tent cards. The format should suit the content and the dining environment.

Content Clarity: Descriptions should be concise yet appetizing. Including icons for dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free, spicy) enhances usability.

Sustainability: Eco-friendly printing options, such as recycled paper or synthetic paper, are increasingly popular among environmentally conscious businesses.

Elevate your brand and enhance your customer experience with professionally printed menus that showcase your unique style. Contact your M.A.S. Industries sales representative today to learn more about our capabilities and how we can bring your vision to life.
