When we take a moment to pause and reflect, we understand how far we’ve come... Reflection has a way of revealing changes we didn’t even realize were happening - and the strength those decisions brought.

Looking back over 2025, I noticed how change happened through bravely embracing new challenges and exploring new horizons.
