This right here is what differentiates a big company from a barely-surviving, barely-staying-afloat mom-and-shop restaurant. The pandemic has hit the restaurant industry the same, but there's a reason why some are struggling, or worse off closing down for good, and why some, like Chipotle, are having their best year ever.

Your customers are digital, you should be too! AT THE VERY MINIMUM, every restaurant should have a website and a page. A page is 100% free, so there's no excuse for not having and/or using it.

The QSR could exceed $2.5 billion in digital sales this year, largely on the strength of mobile marketing initiatives it began before the pandemic.
