Here's the part of a custom apparel order most people never see.
Printing the shirt? That's the fast part.
It's everything BEFORE the print that takes the work.
The screen has to be prepped.
Colors have to be registered.
The garment has to be positioned correctly.
Embroidery has to be framed straight.
Logo placement has to be dialed in.
Skip one step and suddenly that logo is crooked, colors don't line up, or embroidery starts puckering.
That's why a quality order takes the time it takes.

❤️ An Amazing Update on Our Tunnel to Towers Fundraiser! 🇺🇸

We are incredibly grateful to share one more update from our September 11th Tunnel to Towers fundraiser at Fully Promoted Plymouth.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, customers, friends, and family, we raised just over $1,000. Tom and I were proud to match those donations, bringing our contribution to over $2,000.

But the generosity didn’t stop there!

When our parent organization, United Franchise Group (UFG), heard about our fundraiser, they generously offered to match the original $1,000 raised by our community. That means that together, we have now helped contribute more than $3,000 to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation! 🇺🇸❤️

A huge THANK YOU to UFG for supporting our efforts and helping us make an even greater impact. And an equally big thank you to everyone in our community who donated, stopped by, shared our fundraiser, and helped us honor and remember those we lost on September 11th.

We are so fortunate to be part of a community—and an organization—that believes in giving back and supporting those who serve and sacrifice for others.

People sometimes think embroidery is as simple as loading a logo and pressing a button.
We wish.
Before a logo ever makes it onto a hat, polo, jacket, or uniform, there are a lot of small decisions happening behind the scenes.
The artwork has to be digitized.
Thread colors have to be matched.
Stitch density has to be right.
Small lettering has to stay readable.
And the design needs to work with the actual fabric we're decorating.
Get one of those details wrong and you can tell.
That's why we test, adjust, and dial everything in before the full production run starts.
It's not the flashy part of custom embroidery.
But it's the difference between putting your logo on something and making sure your brand actually looks like your brand.
We'll worry about the stitches. You worry about running the business.

This Friday is the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terroist attacks of 2001. In honor of Patriot Day/National Day of Service and in recognition of all the first responders and the Operation Enduring Freedom/ Operation Iraqi Freedom veterans that answered the call we will be taking donations for the Tunnel to Towers organization.

Tunnel to Towers Foundation honors the sacrifice of 9/11 first responder Stephen Siller by supporting America’s heroes and their families. The organization provides mortgage-free homes to families of fallen first responders and military members, builds specially adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders, and helps homeless veterans obtain housing and support services.

Stop in, make a donation and you can design and make a patriotic hat of your choice.

We will also have coffee going all day and welcome the community in for remembrance and conversation. 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

Screen print or embroidery?
It's one of the most common questions we get.
The answer? It depends on what you're putting your logo on.
Screen printing is a great option for T-shirts, larger designs, and bigger quantities. It's bold, clean, and usually gets more cost-effective as the order grows.
Embroidery gives you that stitched, dimensional look that's hard to beat on polos, hats, jackets, and other structured pieces.
Our quick rule:
Tee? Print it.
Polo or hat? Stitch it.
There are exceptions, of course. The garment, logo, quantity, and intended use all matter.
But figuring that out shouldn't be your job.
