I don’t know what small business owner needs to hear this but…
you don’t have to be like everyone else to win.

There’s a lot of pressure to “look the part” online—
perfect branding, polished content, saying all the “right” things.

But the truth?

People can feel when it’s forced.

The businesses that actually grow are the ones that feel real.
Clear. Consistent. Themselves.

Not copying trends.
Not chasing what everyone else is doing.
Just showing up as them—over and over again.

That’s what builds trust.

So if you’ve been second guessing how you show up,
or feeling like you need to change your whole vibe to grow…

Don’t.

Refine it. Own it. Double down on it.

A line wrapped around the building before they were even officially open.

That’s when Sidney knew the vision was working.

We sat down with Sidney Davis, co-owner of Extreme Rush, to talk about what it took to bring one of Pocatello’s most unique attractions to life.

Like a lot of small business owners, there were plenty of moments where the question was, “Is this actually going to work?”

Finding the right building. Working through financing. Taking a big risk on a big idea.

But they kept pushing.

Now, Extreme Rush is bringing indoor go-karting, laser tag, arcade games, and family fun to East Idaho—and creating the kind of place where people can make memories together.

One thing that stood out from our conversation was how much this project was built for the community. Born and raised in Pocatello, Sidney, Jason, and their team wanted to bring something here that would “wow” people and put Pocatello on the map.

And judging by the turnout, Pocatello was ready for it. 🏎️✨
