My girls got crowned!!!! Getting to serve as a mentor and role model to these sweet girls is something I don’t take lightly. Watching them be crowned and filled with excitement is one of my favorite memories of Miss Mississippi so far. My hope is each of these girls feel loved, confident, and remember their worth! Here’s to a week of laughter, fun and the sweetest sisterhood!

This past week I had the opportunity to speak to a group of high school seniors reviving the IMPACT scholarship at Pearl River Community College. These students submitted an essay about someone who impacted them throughout their life. I spoke to these students about how they can make a difference during their years in college and encouraged them to get involved and say yes to opportunities that scared them.

The best afternoon spent cheering on the Wildcat softball team! 🤍
Getting to mingle with students and share my platform was so special! I also got to spend my evening helping Pearl River’s Student Services give away two scholarships! This opportunity reminded me of just how important scholarships can be and another reason I am thankful for PRCC and the Miss America Opportunity.

How is this my life? The absolute best orientation weekend! We rehearsed, partied and most importantly got to meet MISS AMERICA! I am so thankful for the opportunity to compete for the opportunity of a lifetime. Im on cloud nine and counting down the days until I get to come back in June!
