HNY Everyone! Great news about the real estate market closing out 2023 and heading into 2024:
INTEREST RATES ARE THE LOWEST THEY HAVE BEEN SINCE MAY!
POTENTIAL BUYERS: Inventory is still up in general, so you still have a good bit to choose from. But you may want to get yourself a new pre-approval so that you’re ready to jump on something that interests you . This is because more people are coming back into the market right now, and picking up that inventory! So before prices increase, this is a great window of opportunity for you!
POTENTIAL SELLERS:
Because more buyers are coming into the market, you may want to consider selling now while the market is heating up! And while you’re at it, maybe you can get yourself a new dream home — or a couple of them— near extended family.
POTENTIAL INVESTORS: Is the stock market too volatile for you? Did you lose too much money? Maybe real estate is a smarter, more stable and long-term investment these days for you.
