✅Task Prioritization: AI analyzed my to-do list and prioritized tasks based on deadlines. This was a game changer because I used to get bogged down trying to even make a to do list 🤣 I use ClickUp and this is just scratching the surface of what it can do.

✅Email Management: It sorts and categorizes my emails ✨ No more wasting time setting priorities. It already has my inbox prioritized. Need I say more?!

✅Meeting Summaries: AI-generated summaries of my meetings mean I don’t need to take notes or craft follow up emails from scratch anymore.

✅Time Blocking: I was wary of this. I thought I was working efficiently by answering emails while a video was processing for example.
But I committed to time blocking for a few weeks and dangggg. AI suggested the block schedule based on my input and it was right.
The more hats you wear/projects you manage, the more valuable this becomes. I admit I was wasting so much time trying to multitask.

✅Progress Tracking: It keeps a record of task progress so nothing falls through the cracks.

✅Automated Reminders: This is different than your calendar. It integrates WITH your calendar and learns from your routine to make your schedule more doable.

The best part is:

As I continue using it, AI adapts to my working style. It’s continuously shaving minutes off my days and helping me leave hustle culture in the rearview mirror (thank god).
