Filling my heart while filling hungry young minds!

Fort Pierce Rotary’s Operation Dictionary deployment is officially underway! Today we’re putting dictionaries into the hands of Fort Pierce second graders and having a little fun learning how to use them.

There is something pretty special about watching a child open a dictionary, search for a word, and discover something new.

One dictionary. One word. One curious mind at a time.

If you have an hour to spare, please join us. You don’t have to a Rotarian to volunteer. Please contact me ❤️📖

After a long career in public service, I’m a St. Lucie County business owner and the owner of G Force Strategies. I am also a writer, a community advocate, and a self-proclaimed public policy geek.

In the coming weeks, I’m sharing a five-part series, Public Policy 101, that breaks down how policy really works in St. Lucie County and how decisions actually get made.

And how we, as residents, can drive change.

Local issues, real examples, and hopefully some interesting conversations along the way. Stay tuned.

Mentorship Gabby Rothman

I would not be the leader I am today without people who saw something in me, challenged me, and sometimes gave me the push I needed.

I believe we honor those mentors by turning around and doing the same for someone else.

This week, I’m asking: Who is stronger, more confident, or better prepared because you helped them rise?

This week's article is dedicated to my angel.

A special lunch with the Orlando Republican Women Federated yesterday, remembering those we have lost and honoring the significance of September 11, as well as Charlie Kirk, Abby Gate, and Dolly Parton.

We also celebrated the Republican candidates and congratulated those who secured their nominations in the primary, including Dan Green for Congress.

It was a pleasure hearing from our featured speaker, State Senator Bryan Ávila, Republican nominee for Lieutenant Governor.

Now, on to November 3. Vote! 🇺🇸

I know that AI can do amazing things, but when I call customer service, I am not looking to build a relationship with a robot.

I miss the good old days when yelling “representative” into the phone actually got me a real person that could solve real problems. Not a list of generic responses.

So, please tell me what you think about speaking non humans.

Congratulations to Judge Jeffrey W. Hendriks who was elevated from County Court to Circuit Court by Governor Ron DeSantis on August 19, 2026.

Judge Hendriks has served as a St. Lucie County judge since September 2019.
