If you’re like me, you’ve probably grown tired of much of the content you see on social media. Sure, it’s fun and important to catch up with your friends on Facebook, but there are plenty of distractions on this channel I’m now trying to avoid.

The sweet spot for content on social media is legitimate news. It could be a video or an audio podcast. Maybe it’s listening to a radio interview or watching a news segment on CNN or CNBC.
