2020 has been a difficult year. For everyone. In response to the challenges this year has presented we want to reclaim and reframe election week into Wellness Week 2020.
What Does Wellness Week 2020 Involve?
✅ Early Release Election Day (to ensure everyone has time to vote)
✅ Paid Day Off on Nov 4th
✅ Virtual Yoga Class for Employees
✅ Company-sponsored volunteer opportunity
✅ Self-Care & Wellness Goodies for Employees (many from local vendors!)
✅ Daily Mental Health Tips shared on our IG Stories
✅ Collaborative Employee Spotify Playlist
We at Heart Creative want to intentionally pause and take the time to acknowledge how difficult this year has been and hold space for all of the emotions that we’ve had to collectively experience and process this year.
We will use the week of Nov 1-7 as an opportunity to give back to our employees by providing a little relief and extra support during these stressful times. Read our blog for more details on Wellness Week 2020 and for a curated list of wellness and mental health resources.
