“You Deserve a Break Today” (or “Why Do You Keep Hitting Yourself?”) - acrylic on canvas, 24”x30”. Depicting the willfully ignorant who gleefully cheer on all that is against their best interests. Represented here by a MAGA slug getting the business from a manually operated, jackbooted kicking machine. Everything has gone to s**t around him and it’s only going to get worse as that storm approaches. Sort of a Robert Williams meets Andrew Wyeth sort of thing.

Last week, we welcomed this lovable pooch into our family. Meet Buckaroo!That was his shelter name, but we might keep it as we haven’t come up with anything better yet. Suggestions…? He’s the most loving and obedient dog we ever could have hoped for. A huge thank you to for connecting us with him. And if you’re thinking of getting a pet, please make it a rescue! There are way too many wonderful creatures clogging our shelters.
