🎉 Client media win! Did you know that the Mediterranean Diet is considered one of the healthiest eating patterns in the world? Our client - beans, lentils, chickpeas and dry peas - is a staple in this plant-forward way of eating. To position pulses as a go-to source of key nutrients, we reached out to our friends at to pitch a story breaking down all the benefits and uses of pulses, timed to International Mediterranean Diet Month in May. The result? A beautiful feature online (and in the Sunday paper!) showcasing these plant-based powerhouses. Not to mention our stunning in-house photography and recipe development used as the image for the piece. A smoked salmon and crispy chickpea salad hits all the cornerstones of the Mediterranean Diet – yum!
