Some of your favorite superheroes might originate closer to home than you think. It makes perfect sense that Portland is such a force in the comic book scene, we’re a city filled with creatives, and that energy bleeds into the people, places, and everyday life here. Being able to interview and capture a legend in the comic space along with artists like & truly made it a one of a kind experience.

“This coastline is open to everyone.” 🌊

A reminder that Oregon’s coastline is special for so many reasons. This project allowed us a chance to revisit and film some of our favorite spots on the coast.

(We also learned that tube lights make great camping lights 😅)

Captured this beautiful scene in the Gorge up at Rowena Crest. This couple opted for the additional add-on day to their wedding video, which included an extra day - separate from their wedding day- which we could plan and capture. Not only was the scenery amazing, but we also were able to set up scenes and take our time on our shots. This led to some incredible footage that we can't wait to use in the final videos! It also allowed the couple a chance to be themselves in a no-pressure situation.

Gyotaku is a traditional Japanese art form that involves making prints of fish. The word "gyotaku" translates to "fish rubbing" in English. This technique originated in the mid-1800s as a way for fishermen to record their catches before the invention of photography.

Duncan Berry from By Land By Sea By Air showcased this art form, along with the efforts he and his group are putting in to make actionable changes for their local ecosystem.

This project for Travel Oregon was done earlier in the year to promote one of the many amazing characters you can find when exploring Oregon.
