When people ask what I do, they usually expect an answer like:
“I sell software.”
“I build automations.”
“I work with AI.”
But the reality is a little messier — and honestly, a lot more interesting.
I spend a lot of my time inside other people’s businesses.
Looking at their CRM.
Digging through their automations.
Mapping their workflows.
Figuring out how leads move through the business — or where they stop moving altogether.
And asking the questions that actually matter:
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻?
Why are leads falling through the cracks?
Where is your team wasting time?
What are you still doing manually that your systems should be handling?
What happens when the owner isn’t there to keep everything moving?
Then I map it.
Design it.
Build it.
Test it.
And turn all of those disconnected pieces into a system that actually makes sense for the business.
Because this work has never really been about having the fanciest CRM, the newest AI tool, or the most complicated automation.

Less manual work.
More visibility.
Better customer experiences.
A team that knows what happens next.
And systems that can support the business as it grows.
That’s my kind of work. 🤎
