Most brands stop the moment the campaign does.
The launch email goes out, the push ends, and three months later nobody could tell you what the business actually stands for, including the people who work there. That's the tell. If a brand only shows up during a push, it was never actually a brand. It was a campaign wearing one.
Brand is a lifestyle, not a campaign. You either live it in how you price, who you hire, what you say no to, and what you post on a random Tuesday with nothing behind it, or you don't actually have one. You have a PDF.
The businesses that stay remembered aren't reinventing themselves every quarter. They're just being consistently, specifically themselves, in public, on a normal Tuesday.
What did you do this week that had nothing to do with a campaign and everything to do with who you actually are?
