Today I spent some time at a clients' landscape supply yard.

I wanted to get an idea of what customers typically ask about and look for when they're shopping for landscaping supplies.

The more I know about what my clients' customers want, the better.

A woman walked in and told the saleswoman that she had hired a lawn maintenance company that was supposed to spray her weeds, and instead killed her entire yard.

The story ended with the woman saying this... "I highly recommend (the lawncare brand) to everyone, because he is making it right."

As a fairly new business owner, I realized something important: everyone business owner/company will make a mistake, it will happen. But not every business owner/company will make it right.

YOU WILL STAND OUT and you will win over your customers' loyalty if you simply take the time to admit that you're human, and make it right with your customer.

👉 A client that posts pics of the amazing concrete work they do weekly gets killer engagement and lots of leads
👉 Another clients' following is growing like crazy simply because they offer great products and we share those offers in a down-to-earth way.

You'd be surprised how easily the word can spread about you when you do the legwork up front of creating an amazing product/service.

Businesses KEEP GROWING when they keep perfecting their craft and they KEEP SHARING.

Do a good job. Do interesting things. Share what you do with the world in an authentic way.
