🚨 Before you send us your logo or AI-generated artwork, read this!

AI tools are amazing for creating graphics—but not every AI image is ready for printing. Submitting the correct file from the start helps us produce the best possible results and keeps your project on schedule.

âś… Print-ready artwork should include:
• PNG file format
• Transparent background (no white or colored box behind the design)
• Minimum 300 DPI for crisp, professional-quality prints

❌ Common issues we see:
• White backgrounds that print with the design
• Low-resolution images (72 DPI) that appear blurry or pixelated
• Screenshots instead of original files
• AI-generated logos that require cleanup before they can be printed

If your artwork needs background removal, color corrections, AI cleanup, vector recreation, or any other modifications, an hourly graphic design fee will apply.

Our goal isn’t to charge extra—it’s to make sure your finished product looks as professional as possible. The better your artwork, the better your final print.
