This is a monogram that we designed and embroidered on a bathrobe. Because the fabric is plush, we applied laydown stitches in the shape of a diamond in white thread (the color of the bathrobe) to compress the loops in the fabric before embroidering the monogram. The laydown stitches keep the the letters in the monogram from sinking into the fabric, making the monogram look more crisp

The first and second images are photo of a design that we created from a graphic (third image) and embroidered about 3.5" tall on the left chest of a polo shirt. We used two different stitch types to create the circular appearance of the camera and the lens. By adjusting the space between the circular stiches, the white stitches in the upper right of the camera lens were visible enough to create a highlight.

To embroider this personalized wedding gift with lettering less than 1/3" tall on a very thin handkerchief, we chose a running stitch script font and used very small diameter embroidery thread and needle. It gives the appearance of being hand-sewn.
