The formula is known as "The 4Ps:"

Picture → Promise → Prove → Push

🎥 For Reels and carousels

• P icture = your hook
“You spent $4k on a website and nobody’s booking.”

• P romise = why they should keep watching
“Here’s the homepage mistake most small business owners are making.”

• P rove = this is the actual value

Show:
• bad website examples
• analytics
• redesigns
• heatmaps
• before/afters

Example:
“Notice how this site has 7 buttons on one screen? People don’t know where to click.”

• P ush = Your call to action
“DM me ‘audit’ and I’ll review your homepage"
Or
"Comment. Save. Click. DM. Buy. SOMETHING. " (which ever metric is the most important to you)"

I’m begging: stop hiding behind stock photos of random people in suits shaking hands in front of glass buildings.

No one believes that’s your team anymore. And no one likes those stock images anymore. Or the AI generated ones!

We’re in the era of AI everything.

Fake reviews.
Fake testimonials.
Fake UGC.
Fake “meet the team” pages.

People are suspicious now and they have every right to be!

Studies keep showing the same thing:
🫧 Real photos outperform stock photos for trust AND conversions
🫧 Visitors spend longer on pages with real, non AI generated or stock images
🫧 People are more likely to contact businesses when they can SEE who they’re talking to

This is especially true for SERVICE BASED BUSINESSES!

If I’m hiring:

👉a designer
👉a coach
👉a clinic
👉a contractor
👉a marketing agency
literally ANYONE I need to trust

…I wanna know there are real people behind the screen.

Respectfully… your slightly imperfect real photo is probably doing more for your brand than the $12 stock image of “happy business woman laughing at salad.”

The average website converts only around 2-3% of visitors

That means 97 out of 100 people leave (!!) without doing anything.

So, no, the problem isn't always (or usually) the traffic, but it's what happens when that traffic lands on your website.

Here are some statistics for you:

🫧People form an opinion about your site in 0.05 seconds
🫧88% won’t come back after a bad experience
🫧Slow loads suck because even 1 second delay = -7% of people converting
🫧If everything's too much (navigation-wise) it can drop conversions by 20-50%

You have to understand that everything EXTRA should have a clear purpose in the website.

Because if not:
❌Every extra section is another question for the visitor.
❌Every extra button is another fork in the road.
❌Every “clever” line is another moment of interpretation...and questions.

If someone lands on your site and has to figure it out, you’ve already lost momentum.
Not attention...momentum. And that’s harder to win back.

Some of these boring stuffs you can be doing

✅ Improving website speed!!!
✅ Checking and improving the performance of your Google Profile
✅ Updating your website so people actually know how to buy from you
✅ Updating service menus
✅ Updating pricing guides so they match what you actually offer today.
✅ Checking broken links on your site and socials...because a 404 page doesn’t sell.
✅ Looking at your analytics to see what’s working
✅ Using the same colors, logos, fonts in all platforms
✅ Refreshing old posts with new CTAs, so good content keeps working for you.

They are boring but they DO WORK!

People love overcomplicating SEO while ignoring the basics

1️⃣Use the Q&A section yourself

Yes. Ask and answer your own questions.
Google literally gives you a section full of keyword opportunities

Ask things your clients actually search:
“Do you offer emergency appointments?”
“How long does the service take?”
“Do you work weekends?”

It looks active. It adds relevance. It helps more than people think.

2️⃣Link your website to your GBP properly
This one is painfully ignored.

Your website should connect BACK to your Google profile too.
Not just the other way around.

Embed the map. Add directions. Mention your city naturally. Connect your location pages properly.

Google wants confirmation that your business exists in a real place and serves real people.

3️⃣NAP consistency
Your Name, Address, and Phone number (NAP) need to match EVERYWHERE.

Your website says “Street”, another directory says “St.”, one phone number has spaces, the other doesn’t… and now Google’s confused about whether your business is even real.
