Turn around times depend on the product that needs to be personalized. Some items may take 2 weeks, and some items can be done same day. Be sure to check for turn around times before placing an order. Term and Conditions Love and Full of Grace will NOT be responsible for mistreatment of Items that are embroidered or appliqued. Proper care of such items are explained below. We also will not be responsible for damaged items that are shipped. All of our products are shipped with insurance and a tracking number. If your items arrive damaged you will need to file a claim with Post Office. If you need assistance in doing so we will be glad to assist you. Make sure you want an item before placing an order.
