Many people think that the rubber flooring put into trailers is a spray on. There is quite a process to put down the Polylast flooring.

Older trailers need to be prepped by grinding the corrosion off the aluminum floor (wood floors skip this step).

The primer seals the floor which protects the aluminum from corrosion again and protects wood floors from corrosion and rotting from the moisture.

Then the rubber mixture is poured onto the floor and troweled like concrete.
