A lot of gun shops don't actually have a marketing system.
They have an owner who's willing to work 70 hours a week.
That's a very different thing.
If traffic drops for 2 weeks...
the owner jumps back into Facebook.
If classes stop filling...
the owner starts texting people manually.
If memberships slow down...
the owner starts posting more.
Nothing runs without them pushing it.
At some point, growth requires infrastructure.
Not more hustle.
