We recently completed a new project where we built an entrance arch to an event completely out of corrugated plastic. The arch consisted of two, 8’ high and 20” wide columns, and two, 6’ long by 20” Toppers. Each board we printed became 2 sides of the column or topper.

Below is a diagram of how the panels fit together.

Corrugated plastic is a great material for constructing either large structures or shapes because it is light, flexible but strong for short term use. It accepts inks, tapes and vinyls well. It can be cut into shapes. It is fairly inexpensive. What’s not to love!!
