May is done. Five months into 2026.

Take a minute today to acknowledge what you built. Not what you planned to build. What you actually shipped.

The posts you published. The conversations you started. The systems you built. The lessons you learned.

Even if you're behind on goals. Even if May didn't go perfectly.

You showed up. That counts.

June starts tomorrow with everything you learned in May. The momentum builds. The systems compound. The work stacks.

At Howl, we're not asking "was May perfect?" We're asking "are we better positioned for June than we were for May?"

From all of us, here's to finishing May strong and starting June stronger.

One month left in Q2. Let's finish it right. 🐺

Your LinkedIn profile is doing you zero favors.

Most profiles read like resumes. Job history. Certifications. Buzzwords.

"Results-driven marketing professional with extensive experience in digital strategy..."

Nobody cares.

Your profile should answer one question in five seconds: "Why should I care?"

Not your credentials. Not your experience. The specific problem you solve for specific people.

"We help MSPs generate 3-5 qualified leads weekly through systematic LinkedIn presence."

Same person. Different impact. One gets ignored. The other gets remembered.

At Howl, we help businesses turn their profiles from digital resumes into lead magnets. Because if your profile can't explain your value immediately, you're invisible.

What does your LinkedIn headline say right now?

People think content marketing is about creativity.

It's not. It's about empathy.

The best content doesn't come from trying to be clever or interesting. It comes from understanding what your audience is actually struggling with right now.

What keeps them up at night? What frustrates them daily? What problem are they actively trying to solve?

When you answer those questions, the content writes itself.

At Howl, we don't start with "what creative thing can we post?" We start with "what does our audience need to hear?"

That shift changes everything. Because people don't engage with creativity. They engage with relevance.

Your best content solves a problem your audience is actively dealing with. Everything else is just noise.

What problem does your best content solve?

June is just around the corner. Q2 ends in 30 days.

Real talk: Are you on track to hit your Q2 goals?

If yes, great. Keep executing.

If no, you have two options:

Keep doing what you're doing and hope it magically works in June.

Or make a hard decision right now about what needs to change.

Most businesses will pick option one. Hope June is different. Cross their fingers and wait.

The businesses that actually hit goals? They look at the data today. Cut what's not working. Double down on what is. Execute relentlessly for the next 30 days.

At Howl, we help clients get brutally honest about what's working and what's not. Because denial doesn't fill pipelines.

Memorial Day.

Today we remember the people who gave everything so we could build the lives we have.

It's easy to treat this like just another long weekend. But behind every freedom we take for granted, someone made a sacrifice most of us can't imagine.

To everyone who served and didn't make it home. To their families who carry that loss every day. To everyone who understands what this day actually means.

We remember. We're grateful. We honor you.

From all of us at Howl, thank you.

Our content calendar is failing because it's built on inspiration, not strategy.

Every Monday, you sit down and think "what should I post this week?"
Some weeks you have ideas. Most weeks you don't. By Wednesday, you're stressed. By Friday, you've given up.

Better approach: Plan monthly. Pick your core topics. Map your content types. Schedule everything in advance.

Then Monday morning isn't "what should I post?" It's "what's already scheduled?"

That shift removes the daily pressure and makes consistency actually possible.

At Howl, we build content systems that don't depend on inspiration. Quarterly planning. Monthly batching. Weekly ex*****on.

Systems thinking changed everything for me.

Before Howl, I worked in environments where everything was reactive. Put out fires. Solve problems as they appeared. Move fast and hope it works.

That approach doesn't scale. It just creates more fires.

The shift happened when I started asking: "How do we make this work whether I'm in the room or not?"

That question forces you to build systems. Document processes. Create workflows that don't rely on someone remembering to do something.

At Howl, every client engagement starts with that question. How do we build marketing that runs consistently without requiring daily heroics?

Content calendars planned quarterly. Email sequences that nurture automatically. CRM workflows that trigger based on behavior.

That's how you go from chaotic to consistent. From hoping it works to knowing it will.

What's one area of your business you've systematized that changed how you operate?

How to plan your Q3 while Q2 is still running

Most businesses wait until June 30th to think about Q3.

Then they spend July figuring out what to do. By the time they execute, August is half over.

The businesses that crush Q3? They're planning now.

This is the exact framework we use at Howl to plan quarters ahead.

Your discovery calls are failing because you're asking terrible questions.

"So tell me about your business..." "What are your goals?" "What challenges are you facing?"

These questions get vague answers. Vague answers lead to generic proposals. Generic proposals lose to whoever asked better questions.

Better questions: "What made you take this call today instead of next month?" "When did this problem start costing you actual money?" "What happens if you don't solve this in the next 90 days?"

These questions get to intent. To urgency. To the real problem behind the polite answer.

At Howl, we help clients reframe discovery calls from interviews to investigations. Because the quality of your questions determines the quality of your deals.

What's the best question you ask in discovery calls?

The question I get asked most is: "How often should I post?"

Wrong question.

The right question is: "How often can I post consistently for the next 90 days?"

Because posting daily for two weeks and then disappearing for a month is worse than posting twice a week forever.

The algorithm rewards consistency, not intensity. Your audience rewards showing up, not showing off.

At Howl, we help clients find their sustainable rhythm. For some, that's three posts per week. For others, it's two. The number doesn't matter as much as the consistency.

Pick a cadence you can actually maintain. Then maintain it.

Because three posts per week for a year beats seven posts per week for a month.

How often do you post? And can you keep that pace for 90 days?
