Recently, I began a video testimonial project at Humana, where I’m a Marketing Communications Specialist.

I developed the questionnaire script and got to interview members on camera in Baton Rouge and Louisville.

It was so inspiring to hear member stories and how Humana changed their lives. One even said, “Humans saved my life.”

But what do you do after you receive such amazing customer testimonials? Many business owners don’t know how to effectively integrate them in their content marketing.
