Introducing: Take the Night Off (10.5%).⁣
⁣
This bourbon-barrel aged release features an imperial stout base (the same base we used for the original Holy batch, before adjuncts), barrel-aged for 13 months in Kentucky bourbon + vanilla bourbon barrels.⁣
⁣
We left out the adjuncts with this batch to let the subtlety of the barrels shine through. Upon opening the bottle, we are greeted with smooth notes of bourbon + vanilla. On the first sip, we taste dark berry, black currant, brown sugar + chocolate, layering flavors of a chocolate cordial sampler box. Take the Night off is surprisingly easy to drink, with a lively mouthfeel.⁣

The 500ML bottle comes wax dipped. Enjoy it now or cellar it for later. We recommend drinking + storing at cellar temps.⁣
