D’High Class Human Development Agency
In the year 1991, D’High Class Human Development Agency was established in the city of Santiago, Dominican Republic. Its origin began in the mind and heart of Orlando Genao, founder and director of the organization, when he noticed the same need for personal and talent development education. After many years of hard work and dedication, his vision was recognized and supported by the community, accomplishing countless events and workshops that provided opportunities with positive results for youth and children.
In the year 2011, this vision extended, with great results, into the state of Rhode Island. Mr. Genao, after witnessing the lack of similar opportunities within the youth and children of our communities, decided to establish a modeling and personal development school in order to offer opportunities with local and international designers, promote art, and expose fashion and culture.
