Leadership: Actions Speak Louder Than Words 🔥

So here’s an important principle, specifically about leadership. I’ve been telling my son the last 15 minutes, “Hey, let’s go. We got to go. We got to go. We got to go.” And he’s not moving. But right as soon as I actually start walking away and getting 10 yards ahead of him, he starts coming. So what does that actually tell us? We can tell people all day till they’re blue in the face to do something but they won’t do it. But once they start being a leader and actually start walking, then they actually follow.
