Of course our CDO Dakota couldn’t let 9/25 go by without the big hair, rhinestones and a little 9 to 5.

But what I’ve come to admire most about Dolly goes far beyond the music — her genuine kindness, the Imagination Library, support of women in business, her willingness to lift up those coming behind her, and commitment to giving back.

When someone lands on your website, they shouldn't have to search for the basics.

Can they quickly answer:

• 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼?
• 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂?

If those answers aren't clear within a few seconds, there's a good chance they'll move on.

The good news? Improving your homepage doesn't always require a complete redesign. Sometimes, small changes make a big difference.

Mondays are a chance to reset.

You don't have to accomplish everything this week in one day. Just take the next step.

As I looked over at these flowers on my windowsill this morning, the little sign beside them caught my eye: "Enjoy the little things."

It's a good reminder that progress isn't always about big milestones. Sometimes it's found in the small moments, the small wins, and the small steps that move us forward.

Here's to a fresh start, steady progress, and taking time to enjoy the little things along the way.
