অনেক মানুষ মনে করেন ব্যবসায় সফল হতে হলে খুব ভালো সেলসম্যান হতে হবে। বাস্তবে, আজকের আধুনিক ডিজিটাল ব্যবসায় সফলতার জন্য সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হলো সঠিক সিস্টেম, সঠিক প্রশিক্ষণ এবং ধারাবাহিকতা।

আপনাকে—

✔ কাউকে জোর করে কিছু বিক্রি করতে হবে না।

✔ বন্ধু বা আত্মীয়দের পেছনে লেগে থাকতে হবে না।

✔ দরজায় দরজায় গিয়ে বিক্রি করতে হবে না।

✔ কাউকে রাজি করানোর জন্য চাপ প্রয়োগ করতে হবে না।

✅ উত্তর: না, একদমই না।

অনেকেই মনে করেন অনলাইন ব্যবসা মানেই পরিবার, বন্ধু বা পরিচিতদের জোর করে ব্যবসায় যুক্ত করার চেষ্টা করা। কিন্তু আমাদের সিস্টেম সম্পূর্ণ ভিন্ন।

আপনাকে—

✔ পরিবার বা বন্ধুদের একটি তালিকা তৈরি করতে হবে না।

✔ কাউকে বারবার ফোন বা মেসেজ করে বিরক্ত করতে হবে না।

✔ কাউকে জোর করে এই ব্যবসায় যোগ দিতে বলতে হবে না।

Alhamdulillah! We just finished another amazing and valuable Zoom meeting filled with learning, inspiration, and personal growth.

A special thank you to Shraboni from the UK for doing a wonderful job as the host. She kept the session engaging, professional, and enjoyable from beginning to end.

Our main speaker was our respected mentor and coach, Kazi Aziz Ahmed Bhai. As always, he shared powerful insights, practical knowledge, and valuable guidance that will help us grow both personally and professionally.

One of the biggest lessons from today’s meeting was the importance of having a clear purpose and a strong “WHY” behind everything we do. When your WHY is strong enough, you stay focused during challenges and continue moving forward toward your goals.

I am truly grateful to be part of a community where learning never stops and where mentors genuinely care about helping others succeed.

Alhamdulillah, we are having another valuable team meeting with our respected mentor and coach, Kazi Aziz Ahmed Bhai.

One of the most powerful lessons he shared today was the importance of knowing your “WHY.”

Your “WHY” is the reason you keep moving forward when challenges come. It is the reason you stay committed when others give up. Without a strong WHY, it is easy to lose focus. But when your WHY is clear, your purpose becomes stronger than your obstacles.

Why do you want financial freedom?
Why do you want more time with your family?
Why do you want to create a better future?
Why do you want to build something of your own?

The bigger your WHY, the stronger your determination will be.

Success does not start with knowing HOW. Success starts with knowing WHY.

Friday is not just another day of the week; it is a special gift from Allah ﷻ. It is a day to strengthen our faith, seek forgiveness, make sincere du’a, and reflect on the blessings we often take for granted.

No matter how busy life becomes, take a moment today to thank Allah for His countless favors. Spend time in prayer, send blessings upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, read Surah Al-Kahf, and remember that every challenge in life becomes easier when we put our trust in Allah.

May this blessed Jumu’ah bring peace to our hearts, barakah to our families, success in our work, and guidance in every step we take.
