We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This position is not remote and does require travel to the office located in the Raleigh - North Hills area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and schedule appointments based on the customers' needs
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend daily training to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Skills:

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree

Schedule:

Monday thru Thursday:
9am-2pm OR 3pm to 8pm
Every other Saturday 9am to 2pm

What you'll do:

You'll be responsible for managing multiple dealership’s internet leads on behalf of the dealership for a large marketing company that represents dealerships nationwide.

Utilizing our next-level calling software you will be making outbound phone calls, handle inbound phone calls, and schedule appointments for our client's customers.
You'll report to the Business Development Manager.

What we are looking for:
- Professional appearance and work ethic

- A desire and ability to work in a fast pace performance and process-driven environment
- Strong time management and organization skills

- An understanding that you will be a part of a team that works as a team.
- Bilingual preferred but not necessary
- 2yrs Experience preferred

- Experience within the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
