This is Trailer A — and it's a perfect example of why we always assess before we pull.

The existing wrap looked manageable from the outside. But once we started, it became clear fast that the film was calendered vinyl with permanent adhesive. That's an older material that was never designed to release cleanly, and on a trailer with aging paint, trying to force it off chemically was going to take most of the paint with it.

So we stopped. We assessed the condition of what was underneath, confirmed the existing graphics were stable and well-adhered, and made the call to install the new wrap right on top.

The result? Clean install, protected substrate, and a finished product that looks exactly as it should. The client saved time and avoided a repair bill that would have easily outpaced the cost of removal.

Sometimes the smartest move is knowing when to stop.

Here's something we tell clients all the time that surprises almost all of them: removing a wrap isn't always the right first step.

On a car or van with curves and body lines, removal makes sense — you need a clean surface to get the new film to conform properly. But on a trailer or box truck? Flat surfaces, straightforward geometry. If the existing graphics are in decent shape, installing right over them is often faster, less expensive, and actually better for the substrate underneath.

The old film acts as a buffer layer. The new wrap goes on clean. The result looks just as good — sometimes better — and you've avoided the single biggest variable in any removal job: what the paint does when you start pulling.

We just wrapped 4 vehicles for Cardinal Plumbing in Virginia — and here's the thing: they all look identical. Not because we got lazy, but because that's the point.

New construction transformation in Durham! We recently teamed up with Dose Yoga to bring some serious warmth to their new studio space.
​Instead of traditional carpentry, we wrapped a massive 50’ x 12’ wall area using 3M Di-Noc Walnut architectural film. The seamless look even extends across two full doors and their trim, completely blending them into the background.
​Best of all? This film is tough. It’s wrapped around the hot yoga studio and the spa area by the saunas and ice baths, meaning it will easily handle the high humidity while looking pristine for years to come.

From custom-branded staircases to strategic meter boards throughout the hall, these graphics transformed the space for a memorable week.
