Anyone can have sexy passion but true intimacy is a much deeper thing. It’s the connection you’ve built through pain, joy, the true vulnerable moments of life.

It’s the solid foundation of friendship, of choosing to sit and work through the mess of life together.

It’s holding space for the imperfect human you chose.

For the highs and lows - it’s staying. It’s reaching for each other and repairing through the lows and rejoicing through the highs.

We spend so much time providing everything for everyone else. The to do list never ends. The needs of little humans or demands of work always waiting for us.

We only have so much time.

But that’s also the point.

Life is fearfully short. And responsibilities are important.

But so are you.

We need less martyrdom and sacrifice at the expense of your life. You also deserve to have your needs met, your health cared for, and rest + joy to be experienced fully.

Don’t add yourself last on the list, love. You’re worth more than

The girl behind the lens 📸

Growing up, I spent most days outside on the farm or on horseback. Barefoot. Tan. Not a care in the world. It was a magical childhood.

Life taught me hard that I had much to learn and I really had very little control over anything.

Embracing the uncomfortable reality of growth taught me resilience, discipline and perseverance. Rebuilding my life hasn’t been easy, but the choice to leave, to say no I deserve better? Priceless.

Bo***ir photography has been such a critical part of my healing journey - capturing the art and soul of women is a passion that never dims 🔥

ITS BEEN HEAVY

On one hand the world seems to be on fire - on the other hand it feels like you’re screaming into the void as life just goes on.

Sitting with duality is never easy.

We were never meant to be bombarded with so much noise but there is one good thing about the constant stream of info - darkness cannot hide and the light IS exposing the shadows.

As we wait to bring in the year of the Horse, find some stability in the disruption where you can. Remember you cannot pour from an empty cup. You may not be able to solve all the things but hold space for moments of rest and healing.

You deserve grace + presence too ✨
