Production Assistant/Screen Printer
THIS IS NOT A DESIGN JOB.
Starting wage will depend on experience.
Raises are eligible to those who put in the effort and consistently show up to work.
Production floor runs from 7am to 4pm. Part-time positions are available as well.

Summary: Progressive Graphics is looking to add another valuable member to their
printing production crew! Established since 1989, We have delivered high quality prints to
numerous reputable organizations, musicians, and companies. The ideal candidate either
has the drive and interest to learn the printing process or already has printing experience.

Essential Duties and responsibilities will be dependent on skill level, but may include the following:
● Operate an M&R Automatic Press (6 color or 10 color)
● Assure the quality of the print matches standards
● Assist operator by retrieving printed items to ready for curing process
● Remove unwanted ink from squeegees and machine parts
● Assist the Press Operator with order setup and breakdown
● Prepare screens for the printing process
● Candidate must be able to lift 50lbs.
● Assist with boxing/unboxing print orders.
● Ability to withstand summer temperatures
● Must be able to stay on feet for extended periods of time

Desired Education:
● High School Diploma or higher

Desired Experience:
● 1 year Printing Production Experience (prefered)
