EJ Morris, an angel in heaven. She was inspired by watching others follow their dreams. She would alway say “if more people could see how fulfilling it is to just follow their dreams, more dreams would come true”. Therefore, in her memory, on her Birthday February 19th MUG (The Morris Unity Group) will shine the spotlight on that year's Black History Makers Of Tomorrow. A few people that have inspired greatness. A group of people that, without knowing it, give people hope and inspire others to follow in their footsteps, showing everyone around them that it is great to reach for the moon, but it is just as great to land among the stars.
If you get a chance to follow these individuals or better yet just reach out to them you will see why the spotlight is on them. They are unique in their own right, no matter if what they're doing is big or small. No matter if it's traditional charity work or just plain hard work, I am inspired by these people.

It is only the moment that you have the opportunity to talk to someone who feels they don't have the means to be happy. Someone that feels like they have to put their dreams on hold, because life doesn't allow them to pursue them, is a sad moment for me.
When an actor doesn't feel that they can break out and just do some acting.
When a dancer just can't dance.
When an entrepreneur is too scared to start their own business but has a great idea.
The world loses. We lose, because they don't realize that they can do anything they want.

Not everyone has the opportunity to follow their dreams
or maybe need something as simple as a
A training class
A mentor
Support with the know how to do it.
In memory EJ Morris, we have started a fund to help support those dreamers that need our help.

This group selected for the 2017 Black History Makers of Tomorrow spotlight are from different backgrounds and have different dreams but they all have the same thing in common, they do not let anything stop their dreams. If anything comes in the way, they will step over it, go around it or go right through it.

That is a Black History Maker of Tomorrow. Throughout the year, we will be telling you their stories and motivating others to just follow their dreams. We will be raising money for grants that will be awarded in the future to people that need support to follow their dreams. We are looking for talented people to join the ISTA's family of productions.

ISTA Productions is now casting for several projects coming up in the Fall and Winter of 2015-2016. This audition is open to everyone, even if you have auditioned for us in the past, please try again. We have new shows and parts all the time. If you can Sing- Dance - Act-Model, you should contact us. If you are already a part of another production, please come to the audition and let us know you are interested in our new projects.

We have film and stage roles.

The casting will take place on Aug 30th, 2015 from 3:00pm-5pm and Tuesday Sept 1st at 5:30 at Smith Temple Free Will Baptist Church. The address is 322 S. East St. Raleigh, NC. Please go up the ramp and into the side door. If you need help, please call Tamika Morris at 919-346-4782. We are looking for a number of talented people. If you can sing, act, dance, model or would like to work on the set of a stage play or film, this is where you should be.

Synopsis:
“Check Please” is a romantic comedy about a young man named Nelson Winter and his quest to have it all, with no ties to anything. His own one man show. He has one goal in life and that is to get to top of his field. Everything he has done to date is his very own game of Chess. He gets a monkey wrench in things when his perfect game starts to fall apart. Trying to fix his problem he turns to his friends and family with a little help from a very popular tv personality life coach. Nelson goes on 30 dates in 30 days to make sure he is going the right thing before he changes his life for good.

A Stage Play
The Waiting Room speaks to five characters: These are five strangers who had shared one specific location for only a moment in their earthly lives, but end up waking up in the same room with no idea as to how they got there and where they are.

Rick falls out with Sharpe as Sam warns of more trouble on the horizon. Yolanda experiences more dangerous abuse. Don Jr. is enraged as Don Sharpe plans to marry Chrystal, and Denise treads dangerously on Sharpe's plans to exploit the cities commerce.
