New client energy, and it tastes like matcha.

So excited to welcome to the MJPR family. Kawaii Cafe is doing something genuinely special in the West Village — Vietnamese specialty coffee, kawaii aesthetics, and a menu named entirely after modern dating terms. Situationship. Ghosted. Love Bombing. Red Flag.

The concept came straight from seven years of nail appointments where Kim listened to her clients talk about dating in NYC. She took all of that and turned it into something fun, communal, and delicious.
A female-founded, Vietnamese-owned coffee shop with a story that actually means something. The press is going to love them.

That’s our proposal win rate over the last six months. In a year where everyone’s tightening budgets and second-guessing every dollar, seven out of ten people who get on a call with us say yes.

Not because we oversell. Not because we undercharge. Because we show up with a real plan, we’re honest about what PR can and can’t do, and we do the work.

Allow me to reintroduce myself.

Seven years into building MJPR, we just got our first office. We did our first real brand shoot. We changed the team up. We added a whole new vertical. We have more clients than we’ve ever had, and honestly, we’re just getting started.

Here’s the thing though: we’re not like the other girls. We don’t overpromise and under deliver. If we f**k up, we own it. We care about our clients. We make people feel seen and heard. And somehow, even though we’re based right here in Raleigh, we’ve got more clients globally than we do at home. That’s wild to me. And it’s because the work matters.
