According to NEUROSCIENCE ..if you REPEAT these 3 PHASES each morning
you will start to rewire your brain to become more positive, confident & grateful
1. Show me how good today gets.. this activates your brains RAD to notice more opportunities … see caption for more 👇🏻
2 I’m grateful for (fill in the blank) …
gratitude increases dopamine shifting your nervous system into a more regulated positive state
3. I can handle anything that comes my way today.
This builds self efficacy and reduces threat response to your brain
Most dr’s won’t tell you that you can retrain your brain…
NEUROSCIENCE is the scientific study of the brain, nervous system, and how they affect thoughts, emotions, behaviors, learning, memory, and physical functions.
In simple terms:
Neuroscience is the study of how your brain and nervous system work
and how they influence everything you think, feel, and do.
NEUROPLASTICITY is the brain's ability to change, adapt, and create new neural connections throughout life based on experiences, learning, thoughts, behaviors, and environment.
In simple terms:
Neuroplasticity is your brain's ability to rewire itself.
This means:
* You can learn new skills at any age.
* The brain can strengthen healthy habits and weaken unhealthy ones.
* Recovery from injuries, trauma, stress, or certain neurological conditions is possible because the brain can form new pathways.
* Repeated thoughts and actions literally shape the brain over time.
Easy Example
Imagine a path through a field:
* The more you walk the same path, the clearer and stronger it becomes.
* If you stop using that path and start walking a new one, the old path begins to fade and the new one becomes stronger.
Your brain works similarly. The neural pathways you use most often become stronger, while unused pathways weaken.
5th-Grade Version
Neuroscience: The study of how the brain and nerves work.
Neuroplasticity: The brain's amazing ability to learn, change, and build new connections throughout your life.
It means your brain can "rewire" itself based on what you practice, think, and experience.
Anybody can do this.. not everybody will 😊
Let me know if you do
