As a mom, SLP, marketing strategist I need short and repeatable non-negotiables to grow my business without stealing all of my time.
I write mine on Wednesday, but getting into a rhythm helps me send more often.
If it feels hard, you’re overthinking it— tell a story, drop some value, and make your list feel valued.

Find what works for you. 3x is a sweet spot to grow and convert your audience.
People are going to tell you have to “yap” to grow, it’s not true. Everyone is yapping now and if most of your audience is moms… they’re watching you on silent. Test it, use what works for your audience!
Stories are allowed to be fun and real.
Is there strategy for selling in stories, absolutely. But you can also use them to connect and strengthen your audience. Because if you’re always selling it feels like your personality and you’re going to lose people.
