We’re all here for something. And everyone we met plays a part in the evolution of our lives.

⏳As we grow older and we look back on time- my only pray is that you know I tried my best to be a good role model.

💛To show you what it’s like to follow your hearts, your passions, and to always listen to your intuition.

I hope we get to laugh at how unconventional self love and true love is.🧿

🌤Because right now- mommy is scared. I am trying to listen to the little Ni**le in my belly.

🕊I have to learn to love me in order for you two to learn how to love yourselves.

Addicted to interpretations that aren’t ruled by present facts but by past perceptions.

🔍Wow that just sounds so sophisticated but it’s really this simple.

We tell ourselves stories about things in our life that is based on a way we felt in the past.

✂️Can you see how this miscommunication could hold you back from your own potential?

Trust. I’m living in it right now. Telling myself a story of how I’m not good enough, I’m dropping the ball as a wife, a mom, a human being.

🎙But what affirming myself in my moments of courage, when my voice gets louder than my “interpretation” voice is:

💛I am a human, being.

Figuring it, throwing myself into every personal transformation situation I can.

👉🏽Are you addicted to interpretation too? Ain’t no shame- it’s sort the name of the game that we’ve allowed ourselves to live.

Charlottes first snowboarding trip!!
🥰Milad & I could not be more proud of our big girl. Totally crushing the game!
Milad spent about 5 minutes giving her the run down then took her down the bunny hill.
❤️We stayed until they closed & it is by far one of my best/ happiest days ever!
