Sign Installer/Service Technician
LAAD Sign & Lighting is a family-owned, 100% woman owned business since 2013. We have grown and now own our building in Ravenna. We are searching for an experience sign installer. We prefer the candidate have some sign installation experience, but we will train the right candidate. The daily routine is working on sign install projects in the field, as well as troubleshooting signs that require service. The signs we work on range from channel letters, pole signs, EMC, monuments, and neon signs. Imagine every sign you see in your daily life ---- this is what we do! We make signs but are mainly a contracted installer for over 50 national sign companies across the country. We mainly work within a 60-70 miles radius of Ravenna, Ohio. Our installers are home every night. We do not travel unless it is a large project that we know about in advance. You must be able to problem solve issues in the field with general contractors and other trades. Our office staff and owner are your go-to for assistance in dealing with customer decisions. You must have your own basis tools. Our normal hours at 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. There is some overtime by the nature of the installs. Unplanned overtime is not required, however there is ample opportunity to work as much as you want.

Preferred -- Welding, operate a Skyhook crane, forklifts, excavators, JLGs, unload LTL trucks as necessary, some experience working with electric connections but not at an electrician level
Comfortable with loading and unloading trailers and rigging
Personality Skills Required – Teamwork and positive attitude.
