I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible grace and understanding so many of you have extended to me over the past few weeks. As I navigate this new chapter, I find myself needing to implement a few essential changes to ensure smooth operations moving forward.

As many of you are aware, God has blessed me with tremendous favor lately. In the last couple of months, we experienced an extraordinary viral moment that significantly impacted our business, resulting in a remarkable 150% increase in sales! This surge has been both exciting and a bit overwhelming, necessitating a few adjustments to our ordering process.

From this point on, I will require all orders to be paid for upfront. This change will not only help me maintain a more organized system by allowing me to keep track of each order using a unique order number, but it will also ensure that your orders are processed efficiently and without delay.

Additionally, I want to clarify that all orders, with the exception of commercial accounts—such as those from party planners, store owners, bulk orders, and similar arrangements—will require shipping. This step is crucial in making sure that your orders are sent out promptly and allows me to take full accountability for the fulfillment of each order.
