One of the easiest places to find content ideas is also one of the most overlooked:
- Your real conversations.
- The questions clients ask.
- The concerns prospects repeat.
- The misunderstanding you keep clarifying.
- The lesson you learned from a recent meeting.
- The thing you explained three times this month.
- The moment when someone finally said, “Oh, now I get it.”
That is content.
Useful content does not always start with a trend.
It often starts with paying attention.
If a client asked it, someone else is probably wondering about it.
If a prospect misunderstood it, someone else may need clarity too.
If you had to explain why something matters, that explanation might be valuable to a broader audience.
This is where AI can help, but it should not replace the original insight.
AI can help organize the thought.
Sharpen the structure.
Turn a rough idea into something clearer.
But the raw material should still come from real experience.
That is what makes content feel grounded.
The goal is not to sound like everyone else. The goal is to become more useful to the people you are trying to reach.
So the next time content feels hard, do not start with: “What should I post?”
Start with:
- “What did I explain this week?”
- “What question came up more than once?”
- “What problem did I notice?”
- “What lesson is worth sharing?”
Your best content may already be in the work.
You just have to notice it, shape it, and connect it back to the people you serve.
Start with the conversation. Build with strategy. Share what is useful.
.. and yes, I talk a lot with my hands! So turning that into content right now... voila!
