On my way to pick up a refurbished bed stand for Mom; couldn’t resist stopping here and buying some “Pink Peppermint Passion” chrysanthemums (breeder Dümmen Orange) and a small loaf of carrot bread! Plus a Whoopie Pie too (big selection). I literally came home and put “Melvin Nolt Produce Stand” on the (Google) map! Then I could add my review and photos! (They’re not in Instagram).

“Build it and they will come!” (Quote from “The Field of Dreams” movie). Transformation alert! Check out the inviting, newly created, vivid Cape May or beachfront-style porch, a far cry from the original Astro-turfed, dark-bricked, and runny yellow painted ceiling! We did make an attempt to re-floor with wood-like flooring but the wood warped within 9 months, oh well! Replaced with a wavy stone flooring in a puzzle-like configuration, with glitter (MSI Neptune Gold Matte Porcelain Flagstone Look Tile). Tri-color theme expanded to all exterior walls. Edible, yummy, exciting, and lifts my spirits from inside and out!

Aboard the Moshulu for the excellent t annual Social Mixer of the South Jersey Claims Association and the Philadelphia Loss Conference! What a great evening full of good networking and tasty food. This year, the weather was bearable and we even had some cooling breezes! Came on behalf of Premier Vocational Experts, one of the happy sponsors. I look forward to this evening and enjoy my stay at the nearby historic Penn's View Hotel. See you around the campus!

An absolutely gorgeous piece of art, the photography and large 2 page format makes it so easy to fall into the exquisite interiors designed by the bold and brilliant master, 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐬! I actually opened a new copy tonight and casually strolled through the pages, reading here and there. Talk about inspirational and exciting concepts and views! The gilded edges to this beautiful coffee table book makes me want to keep it readily available to enjoy and share. I’m going to have more technicolor dreams tonight, for sure!

Thrilled to bits that I am now the proud owner of two original watercolors purchased at the amazing Haven Gallery: “First Day of Spring” by Stephanie Law Stephanie Law and “Purple Cloud” by the artist known as “Laverinne” (can’t tag her). I couldn’t be happier, having followed both artists and Haven Gallery for several years! Both pieces have found their forever home in my living room, hung on my walls that are painted with the vibrant “Hidden Sea Glass” (BEHR® Paint ). My eclectic home and biz clearly displays fairies and mermaids of all mediums. You never know what you might encounter when you turn the corner so keep your eyes open and expect the unexpected! If you know me personally, you know this reflects my philosophy of life!

Just returned from the annual Pennsylvania Defense Institute conference, representing Premier Vocational Experts. Lovely setting at the Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa for educational meetings, legal vendors, attorneys, and insurance industry professionals engagements, quiet reflection as well as many recreational opportunities! Shout out to Chuck and Linda for organizing such a great Conference and making us all feel so welcome. Looking forward to next year’s conference July 21-23, 2027 at the Omni Bedford Springs! Clearly, I can’t get enough of Imaginative Realism and this magazine, Beautiful Bizarre Magazine is the epitome, the gold standard, for capturing the works of amazing artists worldwide. This art competition just showed up in my feed and submissions are due this week, July 31st! In the meantime, this reel is worth the watch; has such great images of current artists (I guess, who’s already submitted entries). Check out the tagged artists and sponsors. Quite the list!!

What a night of awards, scholarships and glamour at the Hispanic Bar Association-New Jersey’s 46th Annual Scholarship Gala and Awards Dinner. Premier Vocational Experts was a@late entry sponsor but the Hispanic Bar Association of NJ leadership made it all worthwhile! Thank you, President Cristal Lambert and President-Elect Arianna Mouré!
