Having trouble recruiting new employees?
Maybe rethink your hiring practice. Many companies are asking to "Apply Online" which starts the connection on an impersonal basis. There's a lot of competition for that employee out there. Instead, think of your next employee of acquiring a new customer. Reach out to the prospect quickly and personally. A phone conversation as opposed to an on line form will help you differentiate yourself from your competition.
