We get to partner with so many amazing businesses! We had a great time working with Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery on this project and are proud of how the wrap turned out!

We’re excited to introduce our fully branded new curd wagon, officially opening this weekend! 🎉

A big thank you to Sign Studio Sievers Creative for their partnership. From concept to final wrap, their team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right - and it shows.

👉 The curd wagon will be open every Saturday & Sunday from 10am - 5:30pm!

Make a stop at the Ellsworth retail store, grab some fried cheese curds, and see the wagon in action. Born and raised in Red Wing, Cole is happiest when he’s outdoors or working on anything with two wheels. From skiing and mountain biking to racing and wrenching on dirt bikes, he’s always chasing the next adventure or planning it. He’s married to his wife, Laura, who fully supports his “just one more bike” philosophy, which we already admire.

A creative tinkerer and trail explorer at heart, Cole brings curiosity, energy, and hands-on problem-solving to everything he does. We’re excited to have him on the team and can’t wait for everyone to get to know him.
