Wow… last night’s Heroes of the Northstate on KCNR 96.5 FM & 1460 AM was something special. 💛

I had the honor of featuring two incredible local heroes. Many of you already know and love Mimi Rice Moseley, and she was excited for all of you to meet someone she calls her hero… Davey SchottSchott.

Davey is a recovering individual with a powerful story of redemption and paying it forward. Today, he serves as Guest Services Manager at the Good News Rescue Mission and truly represents what it means to be an unsung hero in our community. His journey and heart for others are inspiring.

This episode is Part Two highlighting the Good News Rescue Mission, and it’s one you won’t want to miss.

Yesterday morning, our team gathered to fine-tune the details for this year’s Fall Crawl at Chappie-Shasta OHV Area. From mapping out courses to coordinating safety, vendors, and activities like the RTI ramp and Show & Shine, we’re working hard to make this the best event yet.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 11, 2025—it’s going to be a day full of rigs, rock crawling, and family fun!
