He broke down what they do, answered questions, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does and knows his craft inside and out.

Big shoutout to two of our LeTip members who have been bringing a ton of value lately 🙌

This week, David Backues mixed things up and shared real-life stories of going above and beyond for his clients. One that stuck with all of us… showing up for a final walkthrough and finding a dead deer on the back porch 🫠
Most people would’ve said “not my problem”and moved on. Dave handled it himself so his clients didn’t have to.

But beyond that, what really stands out is his knowledge of the area. He knows what to look for, what to question, and when to recommend extra inspections that most people wouldn’t even think about, potentially saving his clients thousands.

Last week, Kel Begley with Surface Cleaning Solutions walked us through his roof cleaning process, and it’s definitely not your average pressure wash.
He’s detailed, methodical, and genuinely cares about doing it right. From protecting landscaping to using the right chemical mix and follow-ups to fully eliminate moss without damaging the roof.

This is exactly why LeTip works.
It’s not just about what people do, it’s about how they do it.
