Sometimes the best networking happens when there’s no agenda.

Yesterday our LeTip group traded the meeting room for breakfast and just enjoyed each other’s company. Getting to know one another beyond our businesses builds stronger relationships, and those relationships are what make referrals meaningful. Grateful to be part of such a great group!

🎉 Big news from Redding Sundial LeTip! 🎉

To better accommodate our local trades and service professionals who are busy with early morning jobs (especially during these hot summer months ☀️), we’ve decided to move our weekly meetings to a new day and time!

📅 Beginning Thursday, August 6th
🕞 Thursdays | 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
📍 Goosehead Insurance

Redding, CA 96001

Until then, we’ll continue meeting at our current time:
📅 Wednesdays at 8:30 AM

He broke down what they do, answered questions, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does and knows his craft inside and out.

That’s what makes this group different. We don’t just pass referrals around, we take the time to really understand each other’s businesses so when we send someone your way, it actually means something.

Not just anyone… we’re looking for the people who actually take pride in what they do, show up, and want real relationships, not just another stack of business cards.

Right now, we’ve got a lot of opportunities for:

Big shoutout to two of our LeTip members who have been bringing a ton of value lately 🙌

This week, David Backues mixed things up and shared real-life stories of going above and beyond for his clients. One that stuck with all of us… showing up for a final walkthrough and finding a dead deer on the back porch 🫠
Most people would’ve said “not my problem”and moved on. Dave handled it himself so his clients didn’t have to.

But beyond that, what really stands out is his knowledge of the area. He knows what to look for, what to question, and when to recommend extra inspections that most people wouldn’t even think about, potentially saving his clients thousands.

Last week, Kel Begley with Surface Cleaning Solutions walked us through his roof cleaning process, and it’s definitely not your average pressure wash.
He’s detailed, methodical, and genuinely cares about doing it right. From protecting landscaping to using the right chemical mix and follow-ups to fully eliminate moss without damaging the roof.

This is exactly why LeTip works.
It’s not just about what people do, it’s about how they do it.
