My designs out in the wild at a press conference! RAWR! 🐯 My awesome client San Diego Parks Foundation launched an extensive summer program called Come Play Outside with tons of FREE family events all throughout San Diego (ComePlaySD.com).

Everything is moving super fast with this program and my client called me to see if I could jam out a banner in one night for a press conference the following afternoon. Of course I said “I gotchyu!” and busted out this 3’x7’ vertical retractable banner in about 2 hours.

My trusty printer Sign King printed it THE NEXT MORNING! (Like, I submitted the file at 9am and it was done at 1pm, right before the press conference). ⬅️Any good designer knows, when you find a good printer, you stick with them!

P.S. Dems are important San Diego peeps including Mayor Todd Gloria, Chair Nathan Fletcher - Supervisor of San Diego County’s Fourth District, and Council Member Monica Montgomery Steppe.

AFTER and BEFORE. Sneak peek: Brand refresh + website design for Kimberly Irene Salon - Launching soon!
Kimberly, the salon owner is wonderful to work with! She’s so fun, friendly, and really makes her clients feel comfortable and safe.
She reached out to me a couple months ago for help with paid Facebook marketing and there was an opportunity to help even more!
Her original logo and website was just so dark, and didn’t match who she is as a person, as a salon owner, or what she was trying to do.
So I originally suggested a rebrand... there were crickets and a deer-in-headlight eyes staring back at me. 👀 Okay switch gears: How about a brand REFRESH!?
I had so much fun taking her existing logo, refining it and giving it a new fresh color palette. Then I got cranking on the website and it has been so much fun!

Are you a runner or walker? Then you know that in-person races are no longer and who knows when they are coming back!

My client (and pre-Covid employer) Temecula Half Marathon & 5K has their largest event of the year every October and this year would've been their 10th. Wah-wahhhhhh.

🌀 So we pivoted and went virtual!

For those of you who don't know, Temecula is the main city in SoCal wine country, so it's beautiful and packed with wineries.

The Temecula Half Marathon & 5K brand has always been funny and a little 'tongue in cheek'; a let's work hard and then play harder type of mentality - because you freaking earned it!

So I designed this shirt, tank, medal, bib, and sticker with that in mind - what do you think? 🤔
